A new challenge...

So a friend of mine and I are trying to kick things up a notch and have decided to do a no bread carbs or sugar type of eating plan. We are sticking with lean meats, fruits, veggies and dairy. We started this on Monday afternoon and I've done almost perfect. I will be eating oatmeal as another form of carb but staying away from carbs made with flour. I guess "gluten free" might be a good way to describe it. With my goal to get six pack abs...I think this plan will definitely get me one step closer as I probably have about 10 lbs to lose and some body fat to shed!! Stay tuned!!
