So this week I've been trying to stay healthy when the whole family is sick! I've continued with my workouts, been drinking lots of water, taking my vitamins (including Herbal Immune Boost) and keeping my hands washed and disinfected. But after about 5 days of this, I'm starting to feel a scratchy throat....no other symptons though. So we'll see what happens. I'm hopeful that I won't get it as bad as its been in the house. Needless to say, I haven't been able to work too much on growing my business this week but I plan to start implementing a hour a day plan that the company recently came out with once the family is feeling better.
Tomorrow I will have completed 3 weeks of ChaLEAN Extreme. I really like having a new program to do and am starting to see more muscle definition. The scale hasn't moved in the right direction but I'll attribute that to my less than perfect diet since I started. I'm going to start watching my diet more closely. I recently got a couple new books...Eating Clean for family and kids and The Abs Diet, 6 min meals for 6 pack abs. I'll post anything really interesting that I come across. I've also started using fitday.com to post my daily food intake. I used this site years ago and think it will keep me accountable. It does take a bit of time to get used to doing it but it does help you see where you might need improvement. They say those that keep a food journal lose twice as much weight compared to those that do not.
